Product Policy
ChamSys develops leading edge software and hardware, in order to continue this mission ChamSys has a policy on support over the life span of our consoles and products.
ChamSys aim to guarantee new feature software releases on discontinued products for a minimum of 3 years from end of production of that product.
ChamSys also provide hardware support for the same period, subject to availibility or parts & materials.
Note ChamSys use many common components in consoles - for example faders, encoders and buttons accross different ranges of consoles to ensure long time support especially on parts prone to wear over the lifespan of the console.
Once software feature release are formally discontinued, latest head files and or heads libraries can still be loaded onto these consoles.
